Wedding Photography & Videography - FAQ’S

Securing your wedding date is a simple and straightforward process.
Follow these steps:
Select Your Wedding Collection: Browse our Wedding Collections and choose the one that suits your requirements. If you have any questions about the Collection, we’re here to help guide you.
Contact Us: Reach out to us for a Free Video Consultation. Please Include both Names, Wedding Date & Venue. Knowing the Wedding Date is crucial in ensuring that we can dedicate our services exclusively to your special day.
Contracts, Invoice and Questionnaire: Once we confirm our availability for your wedding date and you are happy to continue, We will send through Your Contract for you both to agree and sign, Your Questionnaire about your day (to be completed closer to the day) and Your Invoice outlining the Wedding Collection you have selected along with whats included.
As standard, a £250 non-refundable booking fee is required at time of Booking to secure our services and your date.
For destination Weddings the standard £250 booking fee along with the cost of travel is required at the time of booking. These are non-refundable. We understand how financially demanding a wedding is and to keep costs to a minimum we book all our travel related costs at the time of booking to ensure the best and lowest rates possible.
Finalise Details: As your day approaches, we’ll work closely with you. This will include you sending the completed Questionnaire back and where possible we will meet in person at the Venue or during your Engagement Session if you have booked one and go over the details and plan of the day.
Once all of that is done all thats left to do is have an amazing Wedding Day

Weddings are a busy almost non stop day and as your wedding photographer/videographer we are spending the entire day on our feet. Being given a brief break and a meal is genuinely appreciated.
Whether it's from the standard options or a bar tab for a meal, we're flexible – we would normally then head to a seperate area to refresh and reset our gear for the evening.
If there's a buffet in the evening I find it very difficult not to grab a sausage or bacon buttie, and of course, we're always grateful for the offer of a slice of wedding cake!

Yes!
Most of our Couples feel apprehensive about having their photos taken on their Wedding Day.
An engagement shoot gives us a great chance to get to know each other and gives you the chance to start feeling relaxed with me and in front of my camera.

Like most good photographers We get get booked up well in advance, especially for weekend weddings from May to September.
We have some remaining 2025 dates and are already taking bookings for 2026 and receiving enquiries for 2027.

Your Photo Gallery delivery can take up to 8 weeks and Your Film can take up to 12 weeks but often they are delivered well within that time. (During Peak Season these times can be slightly longer. You will receive a sneek peak of photographs usually within 48 hrs (again this can be slightly longer in Peak Season)

We are wedding photographers/Videographers based on the Hampshire and Surrey Border, however we cover all of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales
We also cover Destination Weddings around the Globe!

Full and Final payment for our Services is required no later than 4 Weeks before your wedding day.
The total amount owed for our services is outlined in your Invoice. Unless you are on a Payment Plan Option this is generally the full balance minus the initial non-refundable booking fee.
For all destination Weddings payment is required no later than 90 days before your wedding day.
We understand that wedding planning involves careful budgeting and coordination, so we’ve set this deadline to ensure all financial aspects are settled in advance, allowing you to focus on the joyous moments leading up to your wedding.
